• Customer is responsible for tuck payment ( if truck is rented as well as gas / mileage , insurance , and blankets As well as packing materials unless other 

• Deposit of 2-hour minimum Or half of the entire estimated move, not including to our minimum and or price of truck if we provide is due 3 days before the start date 

• Any move over the 2-hour minimum half of the entirety of the move is due 3 days before the start date 

       additional hours and be added on 30 minutes before job has been completed.

• Deposit can be refunded two days before the move if canceled 24 hours before the move deposit is nonrefundable

• Date changes have to be 2 days before the move before 8:00 p.m. if the date has been changed in more than twice the deposit is non-refundable

• Pianos, safes or anything over 400 lb are an additional charge $150 charge

• For washers as well as refrigerators we do ask the customer, turn off the water and remove the hose prior to arrival 

• There is a one-hour grace period for the customer as well as the teams due to weather traffic, etc

• Due to inclement weather , stoppage until it clears up unless deemed to be done another day arrangements can be made.

• The job does begin once the team picks up the truck. If we are having to pick the truck up or once the team does arrive 

• By receiving this invoice as well as sending the deposit, you agree to this contractual agreement

• Any and all disputes will be discussed and settled after the final payment has been made, or can be taken care of in mediation And litigation. Customer is responsible for any and all reasonable mediation and litigation fees
